FIRE APPARATUS
The Scott Volunteer Fire Department utilizes various types of fire trucks to ensure comprehensive emergency response and effective firefighting capabilities:
PUMPER
Delivers water to the fire scene and is equipped with hoses and a pump. It carries firefighters and essential firefighting equipment.
LADDER TRUCK
Provides access to high areas and facilitates rescue operations for tall buildings.
TANKER
Transports large quantities of water to areas without a hydrant supply.
RESCUE TRUCK
Equipped for technical rescues such as vehicle extrications, building collapses, medical emergencies, and confined space rescues.
BRUSH TRUCK
Designed to fight field fires and operate in rough terrain.
UNWAVERING DEDICATION
Our volunteer members are required to complete the same training hours as other career fire station. This ensures that they are fully prepared and capable of responding to emergencies with the highest level of professionalism and competence.
